Getting 200 real estate articles for 25$.. Is it worth it as they claim ?

Hello,

A friend introduced me with a website claiming to provide 200 Real Estate articles for 25$, which I guess would be a great deal as I am planing to have network of sites and blogs to promote my agency. But still would like to know if it is correct to have articles and use them.

They do have huge orders in Q so I want to be fast in registering. So guys is it worth it ?

Duplicate content is the only issue.
Any one who is selling at that price is going to sell it to any one he can find.
And will continue to sell.
Google will give your site a bad reputation if they find the same content on other sites.
But if you have time to re-write the content using the ones you bought as base.
It may be OK. (Depending on how good you do)

I have a questions about articles since I don't know alot about how they work with search engines.

Where are they posted?
Does Google actually read the content for certain words?
How many articles make a difference?
What do you do if you see that someone else has copy/pasted your article?

One set of 200 articles is being distributed to 200 persons only. After that they take new registerations for new sets, which is created a fresh.

What you guys say ?

I just visited the site. Why I say its worth is coz the site is going to give these articles to just 200 people who can reuse these. You can change these a bit and post them on your blogs and sites. Other wise you will need to pay like 20 $ per article which will be unique.
Another thing is that these are all SEO friendly.
25 $ is cheap man!!!!!!

I see the discussion but not sure:
How do you address the duplicate content issue?

if they sell to 200 people that would be 200 copies floting around.
(consider the fact, some of them may use the content on more than one blog)

Do not count the copy cats

I think it is still risk where the SE's may ban or give low rank to your site.

whats wrong if the articles is at 200 places or more? Plus if we can tweak the articles a little bit , they would be as good as unique. PLR articles actually should be rephrased always.... isnt it?

Also Stock I saw at their , site they also write unique content for those want it. I;m not sure about the rates... you can check it

I guess the articles should be ok to use. Because first of all they are giving to 200 people not like thousands of same articles on the web. Secondly, if i have a good article written (licenced to use) i can spend 10 mins to tweak in a bit.

If I ask anyone to write 200 articles for me, I guess I will end up paying 4000 $ (i checked the rates with some content writing sites). More over I plan to use some on my main site and rest on my promotional websites, I guess it should work.

Basically getting around 200 new articles like that from them every month and putting it up should help me.

Also I wonder how sites like wikipedia and other blogs giving out RSS get on top of search engines when the whole net is filled up with their content.
