Default Selling homes in rural areas

I am from the Virginia area, Faquier/Fairfax Counties. Working out in VA means that most of the time I'm dealing with listings in rural areas and I find myself driving more than I'm showing. I also inevitably end up taking a ton of pictures to show buyers when they come to me looking for property, but I never seem to take enough. Sometimes it seems like the nicest places arent fairly represented in my photos and they are slow to move.
I was recommended to this new real estate network and listing site by my friend Nancy who is also an agent in VA. (rexnet.tv) I really feel like this is a tool that can enhance the sales process, especially for realtors like my friends and I who sell properties in rural areas that are very far apart from one another. What they do is that you hire them to shoot you showing the property and then its posted online. From there you can send people links and view it or whatever you want. Its not a 360 tour or a virtual tour because youre actually pointing out the features of the property and guiding the viewer through it. Pretty cool.
The only thing is that while I know I find it interesting to browse the site and look at the listing videos, I also know that I tend to be more narrow minded. I am just curious as to others opinions. Do you think it is a good idea? Has anyone ever used this site before or sites like it? Any suggestions on how to improve selling property in more rural areas aside from showing more pictures?

    Really appreciate it
    -Chris
