This is the 1st Referral Network that Targets Students and Their parents. Pretty Good deal. $250 a year and if you do not recoup your $250 they will renew your membership until you do. College Real Estate is only Taking 1 Realtor per University town so regardless of the amount of leads they generate the Exclusive rights are the members until they can't handle the volume.
