Not so long ago, I developed a survey-based marketing tool called EMCS for the commercial real estate industry.


EMCS is a program that allows retail property owners and their managers to track the quality of service that their tenants (retailers) provide to their customers (consumers). Information gathered from the program is served to users (retail property owners/managers) in the form of customizable, monthly reports. The program also has a profit-seeking marketing component.


The program was test marketed during the entire development llifecycle. Well-known retail industry leaders were instrumental in defining and validating each of the program's key components. The end result was the creation of a proprietary program that offers users access to previously inaccessible marketing data, and a self-sustaining revenue generator.
