Owners who own more than one property?
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if there is a way that I can find owners in my area that own more than one property? I put a call in to my title rep, but haven't heard back from her yet! Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on how available the information is from your county auditor. Here I was able to get the property GIS information (property maps and owner information among other things). Owner data was in a dbase file, just open in Excel and sort. Very easy to pick out owners with multiple properties.
