    Default Email Marketing & Adwords

How many people here are going 110% on email follow ups and using self promotion via adwords?

I do not believe in email marketing anymore.Perhaps adworks work best only if you have a good website.
You should first try to get the permission of the people that you are emailing if you do not want them to delete your mails.

Default PPC, AdWords, and Email Marketing

Sorry to hear someone say that they don't believe in email marketing. Our prospects are, in most cases, more technologically advanced than REALTORS

I personally don't like PPC, other agents that know your site, sit there clicking away on your site as they have nothing else better to do - whilst it is costing you a small fortune.

Just get better search engine results and you will do just fine.

Default Click Fraud Fears and Reality

There is simply no validity to the huge fears many have about click fraud as related to real estate web sites. It's unfortunate that the myths of people sitting around getting you charged for their multiple clicks persist.

Here's a good article about it. Having used it for my real estate business for more than seven years, I can say that it has not been a problem for me.

Talking Am am a webmaster who likes email follow ups

My advice would be all SEO why pay when you can get business for free. I also do agree w/ email follow ups.

But you know everyone has there own marketing plan and thats what makes the computer so much fun.

If we all did the same thing it would not be fun.

    Sincerely,

    MLS Island

What do you believe in doing then? Call follow ups? You know what everything works a little...so if you work you will make $ if you do nothing you will make less.

Adwords detects multiple clicks from the same IP - Organic search is not reliable for everyone. PPC is very effective - no question. If your not using email your not doing things right - period.

Each marketing method (PPC, email, and SEO) has its own advantages and disadvantages. A combination of all 3 should be used to maximize the results. SEO is definitely the best way to go for the long run. Email follow-up should be a must. PPC is probably the quickest way to get results online, but it could be very costly if not done right.
