Hi there, My name is Dave.
I am an Art Director at a Publishing Company out of Palm Springs, FL. Our company designs and publishes marketing materials for the real estate and bridal industries. We supply realtors with full color, customized presentation folders at no out of pocket expense. We manage to do this by printing the business cards of your preferred network of vendors directly on your folder. The front cover features you, your team, or whatever it is you wish, while the inside flaps and the rear of the folder feature advertisements from your sponsors. These folders are perfect for closings or showings. The inside of the folder is filled with a real estate glossary, home buying tips, mortgage loan information and even a home buying timeline.
