If you are considering selling your home, start by finding its value. The internet has changed the way we shop, bank and arrange travel, so it stands to reason it is changing the way we buy and sell homes. Price trends let you see how the market has changed over the past few months or years. There are sites like Zillow, Trulia and Domania that can help.
Home values are helpful when choosing a new neighborhood. These sites show the average home value by neighborhood or zip code, which helps you focus your search in areas in your price range.

Default Is the value of your home that relevent?

I would think that for most people the value of the home is the least important of priorities. I have seen and dealt with many people that have had trouble selling their home because it is overpriced. The reason the home is overpriced is that the owners have a definite value that they want from the home, they want x dollars because they do not know where they are moving to or why and just want to get as much as they can out of their home just in case they need more for the new place (whatever this place would be).

I will be interested to have more information on this as this could help me to set up such a site in my country. The Internet is taking a major importance recently at home and I will have been glad to be able to participate in it.
Can you give me more information on this?
