    Default Referral Networking and does it work?

    Hello,

    I have had success using referral networks and was wondering what your outtakes on these networks are. I have just recently started a network that puts students/parents in contact with realtor's in college towns. We started on the age old questions of Should you buy or should you rent? I feel that what we offer and our pricing is very reasonable but I wanted to get your thoughts on the matter so we can make this marketing tool better. You can google college real estate to find our site and we have just invested $30k in a new site that will be launched at the end of this month. I look forward to all of your responses.
