    Default Marketing to Sellers

I realize that most consumers use the internet to search homes for sale. But, has anyone had success using their website to try to convert sellers as well. My thoughts are that you might be able to sway sellers with a high ranking website by explaning that you can market their home directly to buyers before they get to the search for homes page. Increasing their visibility. If anyone is doing this, are you having success finding buyers for your own listings this way?

Yes, we definitely have used rankings as a promotional tool in order to gain a listing, but I am not sure how much it helps.
