Default Who Does Your Graphics and Marketing?

Just curious to see how many people do their own property/farm graphics & marketing.

If you do your own, what programs do you use and typically how long does it take you to create a property flyer?

I create my own web graphics, do my own website, and create farming cards and property fliers. I recently created a twelve page presentation for the office as well. I use PaintShopPro and online photos and graphic sources like istockphoto.com and morguefile.com.

How long it takes me depends on how inspired I am.

That's awesome you design your own stuff. If you don't mind, do you have a link to your website?

I've heard of Paintshop Pro before, but got into Photoshop. They are pretty similar right?

I make template with word and PSP.
I just have to change the photos and text when needed...
So the template take 20 minutes but after that, it take 30 sec...

I design my own flyers, postcards, business cards, etc. I use MS Publisher and have used it for years. I have no experience with PaintShop Pro but will have to check it out.

We have an in house guy that does this but we have to pay for it (it's not cheap). Of course, I like the stuff that I produce better.

That's a great idea... make a template and change out content. I would assume this works well for branding since you have a similar look (background) for your listings. Im assuming you template your postcards with the same look as well... again great tip.

I normally do my own flyers, but it would be nice to have a template that I can pop in info to. Does anyone know if PSP, PS, Publisher, etc... has some type of automatic content populator? Meaning, I can input the data once and have it spit out a flyer, postcard, etc... without me having to retype all the data over and over again?

I know Photoshop has "actions" but the time it takes to set that up, I might as well just remake all my flyer versions.

Designing various marketing just takes way too long or cost way too much to have someone do it. Do you feel my pain?

Just found an interesting flyer service. I'm still testing it out... so far so good. It's pretty efficient. Like other flyer template services, you fill in your info and choose a template, but at the end, automatically inserts the text and pics into a variety of flyers that you can dl via PDF. I made a few for a listing of mine and emailed the PDF to my local print shop and they came out pretty nice. It's pretty easy. All in all, I spent 20 minutes and was having my property flyers and Just Listed mailers made... so it did save me some time. (I used to use Imprev and realized it took me forever... 30+ for just a flyer)

My only peev is that they don't have an e-marketing version, but I spoke to a customer service rep and they said they'll be integrating it in a few months...

I've been doing research on Online RE services lately, I'll share a write up on my conclusion once I finish trying out this one.

www.pipelineproducer.com is the service Im referring to.
