Do You Know Anything About favoriteagent.com?
I'm new to the industry and am wondering if any of you have any opinions about favoriteagent.com and the president and founder Matt Jones. I have listened to some presentations online and it sounds very good (like everything I read where you pay for marketing).
Please help me out and tell me your educated (not just what you have heard) opinion.
Thanks so much.

I agree - sounds good, but never heard of them.
Have you done any research i.e domain, look for an agent on the site that you could contact and get an insight into the company.
Alexa shows a fair traffic rank - so it seems to get people on the site, the domain has been around since 2002. Stats look good.

I have worked with these guys. They made pipelinei.com They have a great product as long as you follow through with it. Watch their videos, read their training articles, and set everything up like they suggest.
If you do it right they have the highest conversation rate from any other service/system out there from your advertising. They even have a phone gateway they offer as part of the service now that the leads go directly into your pipeline database.
Either way, it has been a great service. From what I understand there are agents that get more business from it then they can handle.

Other options
It dends what your goals are
If you are looking for a marketing system it's great!
if you want just buyers consider doing a search for real estate leads on google, you'll find lots of good companies
But you need your own follow up system to mange the buyer leads that come in
Good luck!
