I currently work with several realtors on the west coast with a simple idea.
To make their entire client base "look forward to receiving" their monthy or quarterly real estate mailings! We mail out simple collectable cards or large magnets of my monthly whimsical home paintings. Each month or quarter their is a different theme of that season and these have become very collectable. I'm published watercolor artist, with a large national collector base.
My work is very happy and makes the viewer smile and search through each work for details.
Each mailing has the realtor details in the package, which generates a new live lead base of referrals who want the magnets and cards and also see your inventory.

My prices are approx $135 per painting, you own it and vista print online will print magnets or gloss cards very cheaply.
