I recently partnered with a mortgage loan officer from GMAC and together we offer access to the MLS through their Home Buyers Scouting Report. Was created by realtors and provides buyers with homes that meet their search, a personal notebook to save their searches, e-mails of when there are new homes added, all automatically.

The mortgage officer and you both keep an eye on your buyer's searches and provide answers to their questions. There is no obligation and the hope is that they will hire you, eventually. It's a numbers game - the more you get into your system the better chance you have of getting new customers.

I then advertise the program on craigslist and on my listing flyers, etc. I just started at this - thought others might appreciate knowing about it too.
