Used to use the 800# call capture system, seemed to generate a good number of leads, not sure about quality tho...best if you can work it as a team between the real estate & mortgage side...

I thought it was worth a shot and I ordered their CD. It came with a bunch of testimonials. One reads:
"I'll never forget the day my Talking House package arrived. I was so excited. I put on up in front of my own home like my Success Coach suggested, and immediately got a listing from my neighbor......"
Seems like all you have to do is put one of those transmitters infront of your own home and the neighborhood starts pouring in wanting to sell their homes.
There are several Talking Houses in my neighorhood. The listings have been up for 6-7 mts, so have the Talking House signs.FlaGal

I had it and tried it... the reception was so bad you could not hear it over static... kinda expensive... it did not work... so I sent it back. But they did give most of my money back... I guess most people dont send it back and just pay for it...

Talking house vs 800 Call capture
call capture wins hands down. Both are same idea, provide prospects with information 24/7 but with one key difference. Talking house, you have no idea who, if anyone is listening. Call capture, you can get a text msg via cell phone withing 1 minute after a prospect listens with their name phone number address. Call capture can also be used in print and internet marketing ventures. Talking house you must drive up to the home, stop, change the radio station...
Aside from all of this, the talking house rep that call me was rude and very very pushy. (not that my mind wasnt made up already though)Rob Gerhart, REALTOR

I agree with Rob, call capture is much more effective for getting leads and converting them to sales. Sellinggal brings up a good point, sometime the reception is awful even if you are right in front of the house.

talking house vs call capture
I have never heard good things about talking house. Everyone seems to have the same opinion. I mostly hear good things about the call capture. I would like to hear more experiences. We have been considering adding an 800 #. What companies are best? Why?
Thanks. WayneWayne Long

it seems to me even with the call capture system you get a lot of "how much is this house" and then they hang up on you
