    Default Can't Sell....have A Contest!

Here's a way one person helped people to move their properties. Have a contest for a one-room, one-day make over. Find out what is wrong with your house and what will make it more marketable. Judges will visit a number of homes and tell where the sticking point is, then owners will write an essay...........you will have some rules and a deadline and the winner will get the makeover.

Price it right and it will sell. I would hate to see you spend the money and still be in the same boat.

    Good luck,

    Default hmmm

Yeah being a new agent, I think it would be hard to implement this unless I had a couple thousand dollars reserved. Has anyone tried it and what did you get out of it?
