Real Estate Search Engine - Huh
Hai Friends,
Ever heard of Real Estate Search Engine ?
A Real Estate Property Search Engine is to provide a platform to search all leading real estate agents and brokers, real estate services, real estate sites dealing in commercial and residential properties, realtors, mortgage, foreign direct investment, real estate book, polls, articles, career in real estate, etc.
I think if worked properly on it, it can bring revolution in the Real Estate Sector.
Guyz Wat do u think ?

Buddy I am not talking about a General Search Engine. I am talking about Real Estate Property Search Engine. A Real Estate Property Search Engine is targeted for a particular cause i.e. Real Estate. There are many such search engines and some of them are targetting to a particular country.
Try out real-estate-india-swicki.eurekster
You will get the answer
Perhaps not every localite of a particular place want to search in Google.

I think it would be a good idea and know what you are talking about, but there are so many real estate websites that are so successful that evening trying to produce something along these lines would take a massive development team, a lot of time and money.
I just think it would never work due to the competition that there is in the market, maybe it would have worked if you had come up with the idea 10 years ago but not now.

Well you know google is # 1 but its a nice idea.
That would be great but i'm sure the engine would be tossing everything that does not have the phrase "real estate" in site.
But yes that would be great.
If it were popular...

It's still called google. (or may real estate companies' websites anymore). It is targeted directly for real estate. Search by area, price, beds/baths, see houses on the maps, etc.
http:\\base.google.com just choose Housing. Only 3.3 million listings currently, but it's easy to submit your own.

Going up against those guys in such a lucrative vertical with so may eyeballs is just plain tough. Try a niche you will do better - People are not going to install a real estate toolbar just yet...
