Nice & clean looking site. I especially like the idea of your own forum - how do you get one of those?
- Are you a realtor? most realtors allow their listings to be advertised by anyother realtor - there is a code in MLS which shows this...
- If not visit all the networking sites you can and let people know they can list their properties for free.
- Contact local investor groups and let them know of your service.
- Contact local For-sale-by-owners in the paper
- Run an ad in the local paper
We often feature developments that the builders will offer their own financing...
GOOD LUCK

Hi there. I didn't set up my website but my website manager has done a wonderful job and keeps me informed. I work in foreclosures and Loss Mitigation and he has set up a resources page.
Now, as I understand it, in order to get the best results with the search engine the key is to get related sites that are high in search engine rankings. The related part can be tricky. If you are working in mortgages for example, you don't want to list competition but you should list realtors. For an example click on this link (I can send you via email or something because I have to have 15 posts+ to have a link here) and you will see the sites listed there. This is basically just a collection of related sites but they have high google page rankings.
My understanding of this process is that there is a script or program code that is put into your webpage on a separate resources page similar to mine in which they can submit their links in exchange for a link of your site on theirs and vice versa. This gets a little technical for me but I hope this was helpful.
This will help generate traffic to your site. I may have misunderstood what you were looking for but hope this helps some!Last edited by cfreedom; 01-29-2007 at 01:31 PM.

Thank you
Thank you for all your comments.
I'm not a realtor, just a programmer who was looking for property at one point. After searching numerous sites, I thought it would be so much easier to have a central location to find financed property, so I developed one - Something simple and not filled with extras, just information to help the buyer and seller.
cfreedom, thank you for the information I know what you mean about reciprical links and so forth - but I'm not a realtor nor am I looking to make an income from selling subcriptions -- so don't mind the competition - the site is to help the client. Wish you the best. Please do email list of links that you are referring to!
TJ2007 - thank you for the pointers and yes I would gladly add developements where the builder is offering some sort of financing. If you have one now, I wouldn't mind adding it for you and then give you the password and username -- it would be a nice beta test for me.
In regards to your own forum -- I use phpbb you can check it out at the title website www, phpbb, com. Its an open source forum with tonnes of extras, easy to use, skins, admin section. Good luck with it.http://www.assistedescape.com

Hmmm
Makes me wonder -- maybe people think there is a catch and hence don't want to put up an ad
