Will this help sell a house?
We are trying to sell a house in Peachtree City, GA and thinking outside the box. I'd love to hear your thoughts in whether you think this should bring in more buyers. Thanks for taking time to watch, comment, share with others, like, etc. Go on YouTube, enter 627 Doubletrace Lane and you'll see the video (that's the address of the home, obviously). I can't link it here. Thanks.

I doubt it will bring in more buyers. How will they find the video?
All the bells and whistles used to market a home are pretty much designed to pacify the seller. They don't really find buyers. When a buyer wants to buy a house they start looking for properties and end up with an agent who shows them houses out of the MLS. If you are in the MLS and priced right you will get showing. If you are overpriced you won't get many showings and all the marketing in the world will not change this.Find all the Outer Banks real estate and Corolla Homes for sale with the Outer Banks Association of Realtors.

The video you have is very creative, you did a good job. I have an suggestion for you, if you did not implemented already,
Many of the homes for sale have a website address posted on the sign. Perhaps you can do 627doubletracelane.com.
Besides the video, what other ways are you advertising the property? Is it listed on multiple listing service? Perhaps you can give us a little bit more background.

When you are selling a house, Professional photos make a huge difference. A photo is what first captures the buyers attention after the price. When we work with agents we provide them with a video walkthrough of the property, wide angle photos of their property, and flyers to hand out at open houses.

A lot of creativity here. That's great.
I think you are missing some key elements. A link to a site with all the info about the property, a direct link to the listing.
Your tags are all about you, it should be more about the property so the search engine send traffic for people looking for a property to buy and not you.
Do you plan to do other videos like that? Do you plan to have different styles.
Another Real Estate Agent has done some videos like that on YouTube, look for "Hillary Caston". I heard she has got good results, but it was time consuming for her.

I think one of the advantage of videos, especially a quirky one like this is its sharable potential. I agree with another commenter that professional photos matter a great deal, but videos when leveraged using other marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook) have a better chance of going viral and finding unexpected viewers. Over 2000 views in just over a week speaks for itself.
In terms of this videos content, I would suggest that it sounded a little salesy and more focus needed to be on the property itself. The street address seemed to feature too prominently while the rooms were shown too quickly. Was there even a shot of the kitchen (aside from inside the refrigerator)?Matteo Pantalone

Top marks to you and well done.
The novelty factor of that video may just take it to a wide enough audience.
As for getting the video found; you tube videos will show up high in many google searches and if you use the right keywords for your you tube video. Obviously no one will be searching for your exact address so think of what they would type to find a house in your area. Perhaps house for sale peachtree + area + state etc then people searching for property in your locale may just find it and click through.
Someone said you didn't list the website but the agents sign was clearly visible for those who would be interested.
!0 out of 10 for effort...

Nice video. But now you need to market it to your local area.
If home buyers in your area don't see it then it's of little use to you, and I really doubt many home buyers actually search for homes on Youtube.
If you are serious about selling your home get it on MLS and price it to sell.
