    Default Website Critique.

I’ve been out of the Real Estate game for three years.Moved to Florida and now have my license here. I have a word press site that I hadbuilt. I haven’t blogged on it yet. I have used Google Ad Words to promote it andGoogle analytics to see my traffic. So far I have 50,000 impressions and 80clicks. 15 of those clicks went to the contact page but only one filled it out.My bounce rate is 85 percent meaning 85% of visitors spent less than one minuteon my page. I'm not really sure what I am doing wrong. I’ve only got one leadso far and I don’t think she’s really serious. I’ve only been doing it for amonth and December is probably the last month anyone wants to buy a home Iguess. I just want your professional opinion of my site and how I may improveit. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like with such a high bounce rate that your visitors may not be the appropriate visitors for you. As in that they are searching for certain keywords relevant to real estate but not necessarily relevant to you and your area. What exactly are you targeting with your AdWords?

I used key words like (City) Homes

    (City) Real Estate Agent
    (City) Realtor
    (City) Homes for sale
    (City) Houses for sale
    (City) Forclosures
    (City) Beach Homes for sale
    (City) Condos for sale

I have quite a few but they all have to do with Real Estate Search. Lately I have only used the top two and that has increased my Traffic but still no leads.

I guess you should start doing your keyword research again. You might not be getting enough traffic since you are targeting the wrong keywords and that your competitors are targeting the right one. I recommend you to use SEMrush for keyword suggestions. The tool will give you data that you need for keywords.

    Thanks,
    Win

Have you checked your top 3 competitors web sites who are selling the type of properties you want to sell?
Look at the TITLE tag on their home page to see what keywords they use.
Might help you refine your keywords better.
