Hey Everyone,

In my market place of Dallas it seems that certain brokerages and agents have a lock on obtaining a constant flow of foreclosure listings from Banks.

I'm trying to figure out how these agents and/or brokers got the opportunity to list all of these foreclosures.

I've noticed that many of these brokerages do little to nothing to actuall market the foreclosure. The pictures are usually pretty crummy and the house doesn't seem to receive many of the marketing activities normal listings do.

Does anyone have any insight on how to begin receiving a constant flow of foreclosure listings?
