As well as a Newsletter you could set up an autoresponder campaign, that way your subscribers will get automatic emails from you at preset intervals (eg. day 1 ,day 10, day 20, day 50 etc. after joining. Make sure the email are generic and relevant to your theme so, for example, if you are targetting a specific area you could have one about the best restaurants in the area, the local amenities, the best schools etc. This all helps build up the relationship with the clients and when you "give to get" by providing useful (FREE) information, you build up trust and trust leads to busines
