Selling your home by yourself may be a good idea to save money in terms of giving commission to an agent but mostly hiring someone else who has expertise in such field would be more of a great idea to help you out in selling your property.

I completely agree with jackstfen that it is better to sell the home by yourself rather than taking any agents help. If you want to sell your home then you should advertise your home through Internet and news paper that will really help you to get huge responses from the customers and also you can communicate with them very easily via Internet.

I'm not sure I'd rely on advice given on a website when it comes to something as important as buying a home.
