I have just launched a new Web site, RE-Exposure, dedicated to improving what is, far more often than not, the greatest weakness of real estate agents: their own listing photos.
The fact is, bad photos actually drive buyers away...but the talent to turn your own listing photos into powerful marketing tools is one that can be easily acquired. It's not always necessary to hire an expensive photographer to get the perfect shot...you may already have it without knowing it!
I'd very much appreciate any feedback on our short How-To video on YouTube, "Tips: How Realtors Can Take Listing Photos That Sell Homes!" It also offers ideas on how RE-Exposure can vastly (and very inexpensively) improve existing listing photos.
