Miami Beaches are awesome...

Miami is nice, it has the money there, it is flash and selling homes can be like gold dust. I also look at states where the local trends are high eg people buying houses in the economy downturn like Texas. The perfect real estate is one in the right location.

Miami beach is an awesome place to live alright but you know, with all of the natural disasters happening all around, it kinda is one of the scary places to be at too. I mean you never know when a storm will hit or when a tsunami will rise up. Maybe a place in beverly hills can be a good place for the perfect real estate too - except for, yes, it'll definitely be mostly expensive.

Miami is really known to us. I've heard so much about it.

Price of the Miami real estate, is not the biggest concern of the buyers, what really matter to them is the beauty and fascination that they get in Miami.

I think Miami is a nice place but I think I rather have the ground shake here in California then have the sky rip my neighborhood apart from the wind.

Because these countries progress rate is high and these countries have largest population in the world.
