    Default Google ADs

Being pretty new to Real Estate, I've been looking for an edge on other Realtors in my area. I am young so I know that's one way I have an edge with the average age of Realtors in my area is 63. In saying that I've had the opportunity to get my name on google when you search "homes for sale in seminole, fl" . I've had it for almost a month and have yet to get any calls or emails from it. Have any of yal used WorldWide Media Group to advertise yourself? I would like to hear what kind of success you have had with it and how long it took to get leads.

The Market I live in is very competitive. It is really baffling me I haven't had any calls or emails from the ad. I mean I am on the first page when you search that. I'm usually the second ad on the sponsor links and if not I'm on the right side of the page. Website looks great and everything I think. Figured in a month even though its the first month I would of at least gotten 5 leads from it.

There is clearly a problem with either your ad or your website.

What value is this service providing to you over just creating a Google Adwords account yourself?

    What's your call to action?

    Default Google adwords advice

You definately first need to test the link you used is working correctly
then you also need to have a compelling add- dont forget theres a whole heap of organic and non organic competiors on that one google page

also to up your chances when it comes to google adwords you have to have a lot more doors open than that.
That is just one keyword your using there.you need to use as many as you can possibly think of.

Getting google traffic is sort of like opening a lot of doors for your clients to walk through , the more doors you open the more doors people can walk through to get to your site.
Try to be creative and think of "every keyword someone might use to view a property in your area.
    eg property mytown
    real estate my town
    investment property my town
    houses my town
    units my town
    townhouses my town
    apartments my town
    condos my town
    (then also do suburbs)
the more keywords you can think of the more chances of a new person walking through the door

also dont forget to drill down in your targeting
eg go for property and then set your area to your local area ( best to test this seperately to see how well it performs

    Hope that helps

    Hi Mr. Pollard,
I wanted to see if you are starting to have some luck. I saw your ad when I googled the phrase you had listed. Are you getting traffic and no conversions or are you just getting no traffic period from Adwords? Are you tracking conversions with Google analytics and making sure to that the URLs are being tracked properly? Give me a little bit of feedback and I'll see if I can make some simple recommendations.
