Any one ever try to entice consumers with promotions? For Example I was going to run the following on a site Kristy is my partner. Any better ideas or is this bad idea?

1. Buy any of our Featured Listings using Adam or Kristy and receive a $1000 gift card upon closing to the store of your choosing.

2. Buy or sell any property through Adam and Kristy and receive a $500 gift card upon closing to the store of your choosing.
