Marketing your listings

Hi guys,

I'm a new realtor and I've got some questions.

How many of you guys use websites for your listings? Meaning, do you create websites for the listings? What other technology tools do you guys use to market your listings?

Ive found that using twitter is very effective and sending emails out to a database to also be very effective.

I would agree with everyone above. Sometimes you may want to do a print ad or something to make your sellers happy but also its good advertising of your services.
