One option that many homeowners use is to charge a higher rent to someone with bad credit. Charging a higher rent is not discrimination because the tenant has full control of your spending habits and how to pay your bills. In financial hard times today this is an important step because many people have damaged credit due to all the foreclosures. First, is the loss of monthly income, and will not recover the rent was lost once they are evicted.

Why Credit Checks
The reason for charging higher rent to someone with bad credit is your don’t know when they will leave and therefore get as much as you can because there could have been potentially lost opportunity from renting someone who could have kepp the rent for a longer amount of time.
