Real estate has slow response time than the stock market, requiring more patience part of investors. The ups and downs of the stock in real time, allowing you to measure your gains or losses minute by minute, this is not the case in real estate investment.

I must say that stock market situations are being found in a very fluctuating manner so investors are searching for the best effective methods to get back positive returns therefore they simply switch to real estate investing fields which seems to be the most profitable sector now days.

When you buy or sell stocks, for example, you can be sure that the price really is the "correct" stock price on the day, was because the existing stock prices reflect all available information related to the integration and the company as profit.

The downturn in the stock market may affect the participation of all parts of their lives, unless a country's economic collapse, housing values might drop in a city, and will not affect property prices in other cities. This allows you to protect yourself with the geographic diversity of the property portfolio to hedge against this type of event.

The reason I see why more investors choose RE even if it can be a difficult business is it generate better returns on the investment compared to other investment options.

Property prices are lower than ever so if you got the cash, it is best to buy them today because their value will increase in the future. By looking at the bigger picture, buy low-priced properties now, fix and flip em, rent it out for a couple of years for passive income if you want, then when the time is right and economy is good, sell it for profit.
