QuickFarm From ListingBook . . . advice on best use or feedback
Ok, so I purchased the minimum amount of leads per home address from Quickfarm ($150) but 56 of them were repeat addresses. Supposedly they go by emails, not addresses so one home can have 5 addresses linked to it. Anyways, not happy about that since I thought I was getting all 15o home leads, not 150 email addresses.
If you are familiar with Listingbook, you must purchase their $100 Listingbook Pro feature so the contacts go in your client manager system. Great. So now you have addresses and emails. They say they do all the work by inviting your prospects to start up a ListingBook account via emails. However, They don't say when and how often they are inviting these new prospects.
Ideally for them, if you purchase $1,000 and get 1,000 emails, you will open approx 100 new Listingbook accounts within days.
My leads came to me 2 weeks ago and 1 account has opened...
I'm wondering if anyone is having the success with this product they say it promotes- about a 10% return. Are you now going direct to the homes, emailing on your own, etc...

myQuickfarm leads from Listingbook has not produced a single client
Not a single client in 2-3 weeks since I purchase a required minimum 150leads of home sellers in La Verne, Ca - each lead costs $1. When leads weredelivered to my Listingbook inbox after purchase, none of the 150 leads hadlogged into Listingbook - which is how it is. So I had to wait till they log intoto invite them to my Listingbook network. Listingbook would not send them myemail before they logged in in order to comply with anti-spam.
So far I sent email to 11 of the prospects/clients who logged in (5 of themare designated as client with other 6 are prospects). None of them opened mywelcome email as of this writing.
I also signed up Listingbook Pro ($9.99/month or $99/Yr) - in my account theonly advantage of this service is that Listingbook places my photo on theelectronic business card which clients/prospects can see. Since noclient/prospect is opening email and some logged in so that they can opt out. Iam left with nothing. I am told by customer support that since I have received150 leads email addresses too, that I could send them email from my websitesince it would not be a Spam, but from Listingbook, it would be a Spam. BecauseI can not send them email from Listingbook, 139 of them remain blocked for anyemail since they have not logged in. 2 opted out after logging in, 9 have notlogged in again after the 1st login, and none of my welcome email with Listingbookpro CMA (with my picture) is being seen.
In short, great sales pitch in a seminar I went to, but zero results thusfar. I spent lots of hours seeing many listingbook online videos, callingcustomer support and keeping excited of these leads.
Up till now I have sent 11 emails most with Listingbook generated CMAs – Again,I spent lots of time. I would not buy anymore till I see some results. Thus farI find I have been taken!

QuickFarm Works For Me
I purchased 1,900 leads two weeks ago and I already have over 100 with opened accounts. The majority of these leads are searching for homes and asking for CyberCMAs. I even have a listing appt setup next week!
I've seen a couple posts from people that haven't had success with this product and each of them have only spent the minimum to get involved, so the likely chance of success is much lower. So far, I'm confident that I will get multiple transactions from this product and the residual effects of referrals and having my branding out there are going to bring many more referrals.
My suggestion - if you're looking at this as a way to invest in your business and grow it long term, than it's a winner. If you're motivation is to spend as little as possible, than like most things in life, there's a small chance for success.

listingbook leads - did not work for me?
I am impressed by the success of Fred Withers with leads. I also put in lots of hours as I mentioned, but I find lead not working in spite of all efforts. I wanted to find out more about Fred Withers to see how he did it, but ."Fred Withers" does not show to be a Realtor in California. A clarification of where he is a realtor will be helpful to me.
