Well Guys are you people into marketing and selling luxury real estate well i myself have been trying this for sometime

would like to share some experience on this read my document to get some idea about the realities of selling luxury real estate

I think anyone in real estate needs to deal with properties he/she can relate to and have a passion for.
When I was a real estate agent in Hawaii in the '80s, I started by sitting open houses for the top agents in prime locations -- I am more of a people person, I like to help people and solve problems: I wasn't comfortable showing multi-million dollar homes. Instead I became a top agent working with military personnel buying first homes, people relocating to the islands for business or locals who wanted to trade or sell.
Find what your niche is and become an expert in it - it could be luxury real estate or mobile homes, you will make money and become successful only if you enjoy what you are doing.

Before selling luxury real estate it is better to make sure how it will be beneficial and how much we can gain. It is better for us to get very clear about where and how we are selling.
