Yes! Look into JV (Joint Venture) partnerships. Almost any site will give you one if you have the right credentials

Absolutely. If your products speak to people who are buying or selling homes or just moving in the near future, affiliate marketing is a very low risk option because you only pay commissions on actual sales. A good starting point is to look into some of the more well known affiliate networks like Commission Junction and Share a Sale.

The best way to propose an affiliate partnership to a person or business is to offer to promote their stuff first. After you are successful with that, then you can ask them to promote your stuff as well.

Yes, there are tons of products in the Internet and offers for Affiliates. However endorsing a product will have some issues. Will it be better if you use the product you are selling?, I think it must be.

    cheers.

There's always a pretty good/solid market for affiliate marketing - the key is to find the right networks to get it going though as many you may approach may or may not understand the concept 100% - but it definitely is a great way to increase business and it can be done in quite a few different ways.
