I just would like to hear your opinions about internet marketing programs, services and tools! What do you think about the modern online marketing solutions? What internet marketing programs do you use for website promotion? What services and tools does each internet marketing package have to include in your opinion?

You know there are so many tools which you can use for online marketing. I use only some which are suitable for my site. you should do the same -- just choose.

I recommend Facebook and LinkedIn. Set up your profile to say who you are and what you do, then start adding friends...people that you might do business with. Be polite, don't say anything you would say to your Grandmother. Just show up and interact. I know of many real estate agents who have closed sales due to their activity in these platforms.

Well, online marketing solutions are always good when you want to market your product and services. Online promotion gives very quick results and more attention to your products and services.

Organic SEO and social media channels are best, affordable and useful methods to choose. As far as you don't have an unethical SEO working for you

Much of it involves just experimentation. You can work on SEO/link-building but that will only get you so far (not every Real Estate web site can be on the 1st page of Google). For advertising consider the larger players like Adwords and Adcenter.

Considering traffic to Facebook is close to that of Google, it's also worth checking out advertising opportunities there. From what I've heard there's mixed success there, so watch how you target FB users.

There are so many ways to do it and the key is to work hard to take advantage of as many as possible. We use everything at our disposable to the best of our ability. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google (a must), Craigslist, Delicious and beyond. The more places people see what you have to offer, the opportunities you have to sell.

search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, ppc, etc.... are the ways to do it. I can't really say which one of them is the best as I do a variety of them depending on the resources and the needs of the website. Overall, I would say that the best marketing technique is the combination (proper way though) of all online marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM etc.

The Internet is a very dynamic market as it always changes continually. In my own view, online marketing solutions involved a series of continuous experimentation of the possibilities that may happen in the future of the market.

If you want real success with your marketing solutions, you also have to be a dynamic entity in the Internet market.

This would be my take on it; Be as specific as possible, if there is a condo or apartment block of sufficent size make a page for it on your website with liks to the specific property listingswithin that condo or aartment block.
Perhaps a street of a reasonable size (not 30 miles long) and optomise a page for that with links off to the listings in that area.
Your static pages will generally rank better than a listing page and you can make the static page a good converting page, good UI and have lots of unique content (500 words if you want to be a big hitter in all 3 serps; google, yahoo and bing) lower down the page to give it the necessary weight in the SERPS.

More work of course but nothing is free.
