Default Inexpensive Marketing Ideas for Flipping Properties

I just wanted to share an excerpt of an article I wrote about inexpensive marketing ideas for flipping properties.

    1. Craigslist/Backpage
Both offer free online classified advertising with great exposure.

    2. Bandit Signs
Blank bandit signs can be purchased very cheap. Use a permanent marker to handwrite catchy notes.

    3. Real Estate Investors Clubs
Attend local investors clubs and network with other investors.

    4. Research Cash Investors
Have a real estate agent run an MLS search in the immediate area of the property that you are trying to sell and locate "sold" properties in the previous 6 months, which sold for cash.

    5. Google Local
List your business and landing page for free on Google Local.

If you would like to add more ideas, please go ahead.

    Hi Laura,

These are some great tips for marketing your real estate. Some I have used before but had not considered Google an option.
    Thanks for this

Use idx plugin. It is also good.

Also, participate in various RE specific sites like trulia, zillow, biggerpockets, activerain, etc.

    CL is a big plus.

Yes, it will be better for us understanding what is needed and required for marketing and branding so that accordingly we can add our services and products and getting associated with them for further promotion and leads.

Also important to establish a plan for property and make sure at all times to execute each plan. If plan A fails then consider plan B.
