Hi everyone. I'm currently an experienced Realtor and looking to also get my real estate license in NYC.

I was recently told by another agent who has a dual license that the New York City market is like no other market in the world and I should be very prepared.

I have a meeting next week to talk with a broker and wanted to get an idea of how a new Realtor to the Manhattan market should go abouts breaking in and growing their business.

Maybe some reading material would help as well?
