Default How Much Would You Pay For Real Estate Leads?

As a real estate agent I've paid for both clicks, to send people to my websites as well as real estate leads before.

Through "Just Listed" I payed about $45 per lead, but it was worth it because I closed business from it.

How much are you willing to pay per click to send someone to your website, and how much are you willing to pay for a real estate lead?

If you're paying per click, what is your cost per click, and how does that translate into your cost per lead?

I'm starting a new lead generation real estate company, and we're trying to figure out a good price point.

As far as the leads are concern we will not pay for leads but we pay 2% of total deals accounted by that leads .

We prefer organic search engine optimization over PPC. SEO tends to give benefits for longer period of time. PPC may give you benefit for short term. And many visitor may click ad just for information.

Well, for getting the leads it is not a problem but at the same time we need to understand how we can get these leads and how it will be helpful and beneficial.

Well, it will be much better getting leads from different resources and targeting particular area from where one will get better leads. It is better not to pay for it.

While paying for leads using methods like PPC are effective, they are more expensive than anything else. Unnecessary when sites like Facebook exist today

There are several resources for getting leads and most of the people getting leads by paying. But what is more effective is getting leads without paying so that one can get better responses.

Today this process is being done very effectively.

How many $45 leads did you get before one of them became a closed sale? 1 in 10? 1 in a 100?
$45 for a lead is a great deal even at 1/10 closing ratio! Heck, wouldn't $100/lead be a good deal at 1/10 closing? Even in a low priced market, I'd pay $1000 to make a $2000 commission! "You give me $1, and I'll give you $2 back"!
