The site is ok but the competition for these types of site is fierce so good luck. I did like the affiliate program though and thought that was a neat idea.
calling the site a wikia is misleading though as a wikia type site is quite different.

Website Optimization
Hi,
I'm a retired realtor/broker who just moved from Orange County, CA to Riverside County. I wanted to work as an agent assistant so put up a "Virtual Office" site.
Check it out at (miller-copy.com). On it there's an article on website optimization. (I'm also a website designer.)
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the replies guys, its a new site.... trying to get it going and am looking to get agents and sellers registered. Its a wiki because it learns about the towns when people update it and it will automatically work that into listings from those areas. The site learns as its used. If anyone knows of agents or sellers looking for more exposure please send them my way as its free to list. www propertywikiace com I appreciate the responses again, and i will take a look at your optimazation site.

Questions about Faq
Hi Paul,
Can you inform us here when you get the Faq pages working again. All of the Realtor pages for faq give this error.
"Oppps, you've got a 404! This page may have been moved, removed or you've just experienced an error."
Will look forward to reading and understanding more about the system you are working on.
