Free Directory with 5/10 rank on Google which is great for your business

. Its a free directory like Yellow Pages but very easy for people to find your business. Plus it has great features such as allowing you pictures, video, answers, controlled testimony, and more. A bunch of businesses have signed up including individual Realtors. The Google Rank is very high for a new site just started.

People can also post a free ad at free ad submission sites to promote your real estate business. These classified ads submission sites are usually free but you may be required to pay if you want your ad to be always be seen on the top.

I haven't paid them a dime in the one month I've used Thumbtack. I am at the top in several cities because I have filled out each of the sections (video, questions, testimony provided) and I have referred a few people.

They do have an option to pay for points to rank higher with their verification process. However, I've never done it and they don't send me mail asking for any.

"free ad submission sites" These do not rank as high as this site because they are simply submission sites which this is not. Its an easy directory for the public. Second to this is that submission sites will send you a lot of email ads. This company does not send any spam like that which is why I refer them. I'm a NO BS guy and I would never set anyone up here for failure or spam. Just want to make sure I'm clear about who I am and what this site is; helpful to your business. I guarantee it.

If you use a submission site get another email before you do because you will get slammed with emails.

btw1: The site also includes an easy to submit to Craigslist one click button which is a great and easy feature to insure you are posted on CL regularly as they offer to remind you if you want. Very cool feature actually.
