What to choose Down payment or Mortgage Insurance
I would like to know your opinion about choosing one from this both as per future benefit and importance. I mean many people here are worried about making right investment and how it will be done is necessary.
Knowing the right opinion from you people will be quite helpful and needed.

Thanks for showing the link here now I will definitely look for better. I mean, mainly people choose down payment for renting and even for buying.
That is why I put this thread here so that, I can get some positive reasons why they choose down payments instead of mortgage insurance.
