There is really no excuse anymore not to have your listings online in todays day and age. Tech-savy real estate agents have a ton of options to put their listings online.

They want to look at listings!
When looking at listings, they want pictures, lots and lots of pictures!
They want information, lots and lots of information. Taxes, which school district the home is in and so much more. HOA info including the dues amount.
They want the address also. i still run across real estate sites that do not display the address. the potential buyer will just move on.Mark Brian Silver Star Real Estate

Of-course, buyers look for property. After all buyers spending a lot of money. They look at the plan of house, total built-up area, city's area where property located etc. If they got overall information then they can clear all their doubt. After that they contact the agent or owner.

I am into this business and I have seen maximum people search for agents, online properties(for buying) and for those sites that will help you in providing selling services.

During the final inspection of your prospective home, find out what the major flaws are and determine how much it will cost to have these things repaired. Property buyers can browse houses for sale in the comfort of their own homes without being pestered by real estate agents, keen to find buyers matching their houses for sale.

They are sure interested for properties, cause one house ,or more, you won't find in a shop or anywhere else. The internet is a great provider of informations and it is the best.
And the agents are already informed of what is what , and when you call them , they will say if they have something for you or not.
Cheers,
Tom Jordan!

they want to look for information that can convince them to buy. they want a video, they want photos, they want the history, and so much more.
I've helped a few Real Estate businesses successfully sell houses right on the internet with little customer confrontation. You have to bring your business in front of the customers, otherwise your competition will take business that you would have gotten by being ahead of you.
