Effective content for your real estate website
When creating a real estate website, people tend to focus more on the design portion, rather than the number one selling point- content. Having a visually pleasing website is great for functionality purposes, but your main priority should be to have informative content that search engines can eat up...

And content without lead capture is another mistake many people make. It's great to offer people the information they desire, but you need to at least get their name and email in turn. Stay in touch with them and build a relationship. People do business with people they trust.

Both content and website design should go hand in hand if you are promoting any real estate website. Website should be able to grab the attention of the audience and content should be capable enough to convert them.

Content is king
I remember hearing this analogy about websites. "If you take away all the text on the website and you are just left with images, will a visitor know what you do and who you are? But if you take away all the images and are just left with text, will the visitor know what you do?" without text the website is just pretty pictures...
The 2nd most important thing about websites is lead capture. Give them something in exchange for their email address and keep in touch

I agree 100%. My opinion is……Here is some thing you should focus on to have effective content on your real estate website:
• Grammar: Let’s face it, we are humans and we all make mistakes. Often times, we get lost in our words and we tend to miss some grammar errors.
• Focus on the readers: Your content needs to cater to the visitor’s overall needs and wants, or they will leave your site and get their information elsewhere.
• Make it brief: Content should be concise and to the point. Use short sentences and bullet points so your information is easy for the viewer to read.
• Call to action: Each page on your website should include a call to action to entice the reader for more information. After all, the main benefit of a website is to generate leads!
