    Default I have a Question about financing out of USA

    I just came baxk from Puerto Rico and I found some great opportunities to invest. My question was, or is, can I get financing for a property over here in the USA, to buy over there. If so, what are the steps, any information would be appreciated.

    I've never actually heard that lenders have programs for outside financing but once one of the LOs in our office mentioned that there is a program that helped one of the clients finance a property with a HUUUGE downpayment, if i find out more ill post here.
