The best social media tools in real estate? Facebook, Twitter, or others?

So what are the best social media tools that you use that improve your bottom line? Facebook, Twitter, Blogging? If you had to say one (even those not listed) was the best for you, which would it be and why?

Being that real estate is a unique industry, I don't think some of the same tools that are used in others apply here.

facebook and twitter both are the best social media tools in real estate, these are the good source of promotion and marketing

How do you use each though? I am curious? So you tell people to follow you on facebook and twitter and then market to them. How do you get followers though.

Has anyone tried Homeboodle.com and found any success with it.

Using these means altogether would make up a powerful real estate marketing tool and that is what exactly I am doing now.

In any business either real estate or not,networking is such a proven technique to let people know your business is existing!

I prefer all social network, provides a great updates and helps a lot to get good information. Though among all I give my first priority to Twitter.

You can now get smart phones for $49 from cellular providers, and the next round will feature technology that will let people pay for things from their phone, so they'll be an even bigger part of everyday life.

Mobile Google, Places on Google and Facebook, and mobile advertising will be bigger than anything else very soon.
