Default Want to start a web based business!

Hello everybody, I want to have my own business on the web, like I find so many these days making good money online. I plan to set up an online store that will be dealing in sale of computer accessories and will later on expand my reach if I find some good profits in that. So, what are the important points to keep in mind while doing this? Waiting for your replies

    Post With Due Respect!

Sir, Your question is very interesting but the point is this forum is about real estate and you are asking questions about online store. It would be great if you find some related forum for that! please respect purpose of the category.

Anways, now when you have asked a question i can give you the headlines so that you can go to some appropriate forum and ask for the details.

I am not the specialist for online story but few things you should keep in mind before starting like Domain name choose, keyword research of your business and website content.

    Thanks!
    Mike Smith.

The most important thing about starting an internet business is marketing and sales. What are you doing for marketing?

    Default Specialize

Computer accessories sounds like a pretty crowded market. My advice would be to specialize in things that can't easily be found elsewhere.

You have a good option in your mind. I would suggest you to figure out about the alike businesses. Those who are already running and from them you would be able to get insight.

But the high margins definitely make the area appealing.

If you're looking to build an online store, I'd recommend citymax.com. It's a website builder that has easy-to-use drag and drop tools. You can even drop a shopping cart onto your website so your customers can purchase the computer parts.

Good recommendation. How long has citymax.com been around?

I'd say approximately 10 years. I believe they were one of the first website builders around.
