Is agent necessary for selling the property.
Is agent necessary in process of buying or selling house? Some agents makes the both of parties fool for the commission besides the registered agents. can both of parties settle the contract or agreement without the help of selfish agents.

It is not necessary to have an agent but if you don't have contacts and time then its advisable to hire service of agent.

Just make sure you do ample due diligence before finding an agent. There are many out there that just aren't that great and can end up taking up a lot of your time.
