Three keys to a successfull real estate business
Building a successfull real estate business is not something that will happen in a day or two most especially for newbies in the industry. It requires three things to be successfull in the real estate industry namelly:
1) your time: the success of your real estate business depends on the time you feed to the business.
2)networking: building network is the soul of the real estate business most especially if you are a realtor.

Well said. Time, networking and new ideas. That 3 items are needed for lots of different kinds of businesses, too, but since we are all in real estate, nice points for our field, I second that.

Motivation
All very good points, Lekki. I would only add the more intangibles like motivation and determination. For success, it takes more than money to motivate you to true success and these motivations are mutable, they can change daily or as you mature in the business. It also takes dedication. You have to be committed and dedicated to this industry and to high standards of conduct.

Indeed...Time is very crucial aspect in the business of real estate investments. It can make or break your deals and business at thunder speed and hence utmost care must be taken. Networking also helps a lot. That is the key to getting most convertible deals.

Networking and getting associated with different other agents and realtor is very beneficial in getting successful. Also this industry needs reputation so that one will get many references.
