What are the common fears in the real estate market?

According to me the most common fear in this industry is not getting success and facing down falls in sudden economic changes.

Fears in real estate should not be more otherwise it will get worse. Also, there is always a solution in this market one needs to understand it well and also, they have to implement it well.

There are a lot of small fears and big fears in real estate business. Unfortunately we have to overcome all these fears while selling homes in Dallas area or the other areas.
Most of the real estate coaches say the biggest fear is rejection.

The most common fear I think is,Economic status. As,any industry would depend whether the economy is good or bad.

I think one of the biggest fear any real estate investor can have is about the Economic Crisis. Considering the high involvement in the property, a downturn can be really hazardous. Hence, investing at the right time and the right place becomes very important.
