Creative Video Marketing Example
Video is becoming extremely popular as a way to market businesses. Video builds a lot of credibility and is generally more believable than plain text marketing. Here is an example video I did for a company in California to market an event they are hosting:
Income Property Jingle
You don't have to sing a song, but be creative. What can you think of which will make the video interesting? Maybe it's just brief clips of fun events in your city, "Best Places to Eat", or a neighborhood tour. Simply make sure that it brings value to your viewer.
Let me know if you have any questions. I just wanted to share this idea, and get some exposure for my video at the same time. Let me know what you think, and/or if you want me to help you make yours.
all the best, Brandon

Hi Brandon,
Creative video marketing is great idea. Local listing in Google is also great way to get visibility and traffic that will turn in to business leads.

Creative video marketing is the best way of promoting the services and different listings and no doubt it is very effective. For me it is very efficient in getting business and positive responses and feedback.

exactly. Videos are a powerful medium that is effective in grabbing the attention of the viewers. It is also proven that this type of marketing has the ability to strongly influence people rather than the traditional form of marketing.

Video Marketing = good
This Particular Video = not so good
I agree that video marketing is a great way to set yourself apart from other agents and companies, but like anything else you have to do it right. Decent video/audio quality, clean message and presentation, call to action, etc.
Unfortunately writing a 4-chord song and recording it on your iMac on the front step doesn't necessarily give people the feeling of professionalism they probably want in a real estate company.Steve Howe - REALTOR - RE/MAX Advantage Plus

I saw the video and it was good, but I think you can always used some alternatives like
telling your visitors about your business, where they can find you, what are
you offering and the most important thing is how they can contact you.
