Have you considered SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) and Google Adwords to have your PPC ( Pay per click) adverts appear on Google Search Engine? It's working for me!

There are so many options for marketing and advertising in real estate, it really depends on who you are trying to reach. What are you looking for? I do agree with Daniel in that an online presence is important no matter what you do nowadays.

All the options here are really very important and marketing needs an advertisement in this industry and there are many ways of doing it and for that people have to understand all the possible ways of doing it. Marketing can be done through ads in classifieds and even through online websites that are made to provide all the services.

We recently started attending job conventions here in our area and found these venues very helpful when marketing real estate because are willing to move and buy houses if they found jobs and since this is also a factor in order for someone to be able to afford a home, these venues are perfect.
